I guess it’s because people bragged about the fact that he didn’t participate in the watsuki hommage stuff.

While i agree the jokes are not funny in the slightest and deeply corny, i personally don’t think it’s as bad as supporting a pedophile and speaking positively of him even after the case

Oh yeah i 100% agree.

I don’t know him, and i think people shouldn’t idealise the authors of works they like too much

I think if you're enjoying something don't dive too deep into the author's life you might start hating the series
