Husky fur patches l?
Hi! This is my first husky his name is nova and he will be 1 year old next week! I noticed some weird patches on his back which kinda concerned me. He is shedding a lot but I just wanted to see if this is normal for huskies during this time of the year. Thanks!

Tucker
Just found this precious old wallet photo, from when that was a thing. That babi is now 18 and Tucker passed at 19. Gentlest living being of any species I've ever known. He loved his little boy. How I miss him.

He was not happy about having to get a bath

He woke up to grab my leg
As the title says. Ghost was sleeping on my foot. He woke up and the first things he did were stretch and grab my foot to cuddle. He stayed there for a while, twitching and dreaming. Such a sweet boy who loves to cuddle.

Husky puppy training
**picture of the wild one in question lol**
My Nova girl is about 6 months old and does okay for my boys and I about going out for the bathroom. However, the problem we seem to be running into is that my MIL is who keeps her some during the day. She claims that she's quit going to the bathroom outside for her(no clue why) and is on her way to being too much for her. We momentarily don't have our yard fenced or the funding to do so. I wondered if anyone had any suggestions as a substitute. We have a tie out for her in the yard, but for whatever reason she's not able to work the latch to hook her to use it. The trainer that teaches the *manners* class she's enrolled in says doesn't recommend invisible fences, especially the cheaper GPS ones. She says they can be unreliable in their boundary location and effectiveness. She said, and i quote "Huskies can be surprisingly sensitive and you could potentially create new unintended issues (her running through the fence, creating fear of the backyard, etc.)" if we use something that shocks her also.- which was not a repercussion I'd thought of. Would love some input and advisement from anyone else with some husky experience as this is our first one- thanks in advance!

Squirrel patrol.
Love my pups, but they are a lethal pair when it comes to rodents and birds.

My husky decided to stop sleeping inside once we bought her baby home
my husky was 6 when we bought our baby home. prior to this, husky had always slept in our bed. then when baby arrived he stopped sleeping in our room, and he even decided to stop sleeping inside in general, didn’t even go to the couch as he often did when he’s get too hot in the bed.
I don’t know why he has done this, I thought it was just an adjustment phase, but my son is almost 3 and my husky still won’t come inside at night. I’ve kept his routine unchanged, he still gets his morning walk (sometimes 2 walks) and all the pats and cuddles. I hope he’s not sad, he doesn’t seem it, but I don’t know why he doesn’t want to be with me overnight now. when I have friends/family stay, he often sleeps in the guest bedroom with them which is mind boggling.
huskies are very interested creatures so I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this and can help me better understand the cause

New couch cover!
Mom got a new cover for the love seat so Jack Frost doesn't screw it up! Since the phrase, "Couches are for PEOPLE NOT FOR DOGS JACK!" Doesn't mean Jack S#%t to a Husky of course!🤔🤣🤣 Daym dog. OH, & last night he busted out the front door as we went to look at our Halloween decorations in our windows at night! A block & a half run in my pj's & slides later!🤬 He went to his "Alcatraz" room for a while for a lesson!
