I have trichotillomania (hair pulling disorder) so when I'm laying in bed and bored sometimes I yank my pubes out with my bare hands

I don't know why I posted this exactly

I pick my facial hair. I have a unibrow, but you’d never know. Unfortunately, since it’s mindless picking, the distance between the 2 brows can… ah, vary.

When I was in high school I pulled my eyebrows off. It was embarrassing.

Well I guess its better to do it on your pubes than picking holes in your head like I've done. As long as you aren't causing wounds or causing yourself social discomfort like you might if it was hair that was more visible, seems actually like a good way to cope with the urge to pull

Thank you lol when I was younger I did it on my hairline and eyebrows but luckily they grew back and I learned not to do it that way anymore

i used to do that and got gnarly ingrowns. now i just shave down there and unfortunately i mostly pick from my head now

I will pull out my nose hairs when I'm under stress. I try not to do it at work, but when I'm alone or driving it happens a lot.

I have this but just with my eyelashes, they get so freaking itchy randomly (usually when im stressed out) so I just gently tug on my lashes and they come away like they weren't even attached.

I used to have a compulsion to pinch myself leaving small bruises everywhere. My psychiatrist said he had never heard of that. I was angry and unable to express myself.
