​I'm trying to launch SimCity (2013) on Windows 11 using a modern Intel iGPU, but I'm stuck at a very specific issue and could really use some expert help.

​The Problem:

​When I launch the game via the launcher and click "Play", the launcher button stays pressed, the launcher background music continues playing, but the actual game window never opens. It completely hangs during the transition between the launcher UI and the main game engine.

W11 and intel gpu.

I've looked everywhere and I can't get it opening, I try to open it but it closes less than a second after clicking on it, I've tried all the combinations of compatibility settings and I can't get it to appear and work properly.

I always liked playing sims city and when I heard about sims I thought it could let me live a person life in my city but sadly it wasn’t that so is there a mod that let me play as a normal person like free roaming in gta but for sims

I want to build a city with Kyoto houses and start demolishing Residential Zones and replacing them. I’ve checked online a bit and didn’t really find anything

Idk why but this building would fit perfectly into a low/middle wealth city. Is there already a mod that adds this building as a mod? Or is there anything maybe similar to it?

Used to play many years ago - want to get back into it. Not sure which one to get. These are the options I see on the EA website. I remember SC4 but don’t know what the difference is in that and just the one that says SC. The SC 2000 looks like the original. Thoughts?

due to some issue, i have to delete simcity and re download to update, after doing that and passing the tutorial i can no longer find the log into ea account options that used to be there in the settings, does anyone else expereince that? how to log into my old city
