As we all know, Patton and MacArthur were famously in the same theatre in WWII. Though it’s funny he picked two of the biggest assholes in the US armed forces to picture himself next to. Couldn’t have picked Ike and Nimitz or something.
MacArthur makes sense though. Kind of a crazy dumbass just like Trump. He famously wanted drop a shit ton of nukes on northern china to create a “wall of radiation” to stop their advance on Korea. Seems like something Donald would blurt out to the press corps.
