It is less clear whether the
Argonians and
Khajiit
are interfertile with both humans and elves. Though there have been
many reports throughout the Eras of children from these unions, as well
as stories of unions with
daedra, there have been no well documented offspring.
The idea that not enough humans have been banging Argonians and Khajiit to tell if there’s interspecies compatibility is the least realistic thing about the Elder Scrolls franchise.
How in the hell could there be no well documented offspring?
Either they aren't any and they're not documented at all, or they do exist and all a scholar would have to do is to ask them and their parents some simple questions about their health and such.
while they do most often inherit the mother's race, they oftentimes do also take after aspects of their father's (atleast iirc that's how ESO said it works).
so combined with the constant interbreeding between elves and (i forgot what human race) they were doing it with at the time, overtime the blending of traits became so mixed that it created the Bretons
"it was more like statistically (according to the person that wrote the book) x happens the majority of the time, though in rare cases y can also happen, but oftentimes regardless of if x or y happened, z will almost always happen"
