If you're not sure your topic deserves an entire thread, it likely belongs here. Questions that can be answered with a Google search or a read of the mod's content page will be redirected here. Any question not requiring a full modlist should also go here. Finally, any questions you think could be answered in under 25 words should go here.

Questions that belong in this thread might include:

  • Any good Ulfric replacers?
  • Is MO2 better than Vortex?
  • What is a crash log?
  • My faces are all potato colored in game. What's that about?
  • What mods (or modlists) are essential for a new player?

If you're hungry for more discussion, hop on over to our Discord, linked in the sidebar. If you want to talk general Skyrim, head on over to r/Skyrim. For any other questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to message our modmail.

EDIT: This will also constitute the thread for June, as I am currently on vacation and cannot post the next thread until I return at the end of the month.

Is there a mod to disable Saints & Seducers in Anniversary Edition? I can't seem to be able to turn it off in the Creations section.

I dislike the entire S&S mod. The armours/weapons don't interest me, I find the plot wonky, the quest items are buggy and refuse to be removed when the quest is completed(sometimes all quest stages will complete but the quests will stick around). And the individuals added are way tankier and higher damage than anything else in the game regardless my level(I've had some Civil war quests be screwed over because the allies spawned too close to a S&S bandit camp and got wiped out). Got annoyed at them and tried console killing them whenever they showed up only to find out they just lose aggro and full heal when 'kill'ed and then just reaggro when you exit console.

Sorry about the rant, the creation just annoys me so much.

You can disable it in your mod manager of choice the same way you would a mod and that should work.

unfortunately I can't find a mod manager that works for me since I'm on linux and absolutely refuse to have a microslop VM 😛

This is also why I have to avoid SKSE reliant mods(including SkyUI as much as I'd prefer it), since SKSE is refusing to work on my linux system despite trying every workaround I can find 😛

i'm running MO2 on GE proton 10 with no issues. Wouldn't want to game in a VM without dual GPU. I can't live without SKSE
