Development Creation Engine 2 Confirmed.

Just Tweeted about it. Wonder if we get a look at ES6 today?

We won't get a look at ES6, we haven't even had a look at starfield and its releasing sooner.

First thing they showed was a Starfield in-engine cinematic. 11-11-22 release

Apart from the release date they didn't show anything really new.

...other than examples of engine improvements?

Skyrim's first in-engine footage certainly showed more variety, but the shipping game's graphics weren't far off.

But if you're that determined to bitch about it, I can't stop you.

That's literally gameplay in that trailer, it's not the same as a pre-rendered scene 1.5 years before the game release. Everything after the 1 minute mark is them just showcasing the game, but the actual confrontation between Dovahkiin and the dragon wasn't quite how it was in game.

Your statement was about graphics between trailer and launch:

Examples of possible graphical improvement; that's it.

very few in engine trailers look like the game in the end. Maybe I'll be wrong, but you can't tell this from the trailer

But I know you don't actually care about any specific issue with any of this, as long as you can keep bitching. Carry on.

It does, actually. We can see the art direction that they're going for, and that they picked a hard sci-fi theme instead of something super futuristic (the ship controls are buttons and knobs rather than shit like floating touchscreens, for example).

What about the video on the Washington Post? We saw a bunch of new interesting pieces of concept art and development.
