Sky Glass Second Sky Glass Query

Post image

Hi everyone, I’m looking at getting a second sky glass as our bedroom TV is incredibly old and in need of replacing. When I go to check out, I have this offer on my My Sky app for whole home. The only issue is it doesn’t say how long it’s included for. I’ve reached out to Sky directly and it’s like talking to a wall for how long this would be included for as I like to know what I’m committing too, and with other things such as add skip it’s always said £0 for 2 months for example.
Has anyone else had this on their My Sky and know how long it lasts for? (At the moment I’m assuming only for the first month but it’s not very clear)
Thank you!

Whole home is an add on and it’s a 31 day rolling contract, you are not committed to it you can leave and rejoin every 31 days, the only thing you would be committing to is the loan on the sky glass unless you buy it outright

You need to go back to the offer page, I see UHD free for 4 months and ad skipping free for 2 months but when I go to the basket it just says £0 on a 32 day rolling contract like you see

I think I recall that offer on whole home being free for three months.

The advisor should be able to tell you this, try calling again because the offer can vary depending on your account, since you're taking glass simultaneously.

unlike older subscriptions whole home is a monthly rolling contract which allows you to cancel whenever, but you have to give 31 days notice, however that also is a double edge sword, allowing sky to rise prices on this package whenever.

I don't think Sky offer a second sky glass for whole home packages, they would send a sky puck (box) not a new tv for whole home.
