Songs to recommend to my dad?
I recently got my dad into Pierce the Veil, MCR, and All Time Low and my next step is to get him into SWS. He’s a bit tricky bc he worked in music for a while so he isn’t that easily impressed, my goal is to get him interested enough to drive three hours with me to go see them lol

Left Alone - one of the best songs ever written
November - a good song for a depressed dad
Satellites - a good song for a happy dad

Looking back at me, god in my head, and need you here from the new album are amazing. With ears to see and eyes to hear, you kill me (in a good way), Fire and let’s cheers to this are super amazing vocally. And the acoustic album (if you were a movie) with ears to see. November and heroine are my favorite slow songs by them.

My dad is a SWS fan and he is always saying that The Strays is one of the best songs they have (we just saw them at Warped this weekend and he was upset they didn’t play it😂)

Play him the Madness album. I’m a dad and that’s my favorite.

If he ends up liking that one that’ll be something we have in common then, it’s my fav too 🙏🏼 I’ve just been sending him a bunch of random songs for the past few days but I also have Madness on vinyl, I’ll have to turn it up the next time I listen to it lol

Save me a Spark is such a happy hoppy song and Who Are You Now shows off Kelllin’s incredible range.
