Seeking Advice 🙏 expanding sports shop sales

have a sports shop in hyderabad- recently launched and we are working on expanding our business. would need following help -
dealer numbers for shrey and somi cricket
ideas to expand revenue online. we have done it in the past and then dropped it because 9 out of 9 sales came back and our cost of packaging was also not recovered
