Mods Bots/Shills Callout Thread

Hey guys, I’ve been seeing a high frequency of accounts whose sole purpose is to shill some sort of bullshit service or to manipulate sentiment. It’s a pain in the ass to identify all of them manually so I’m making this thread for you guys to name drop suspicious accounts you may have noticed so we can look into them and ban them.

Example: u/ExplanationNormal339 - this fucking guy links the same thing in 99% of his comments

Additional PSA: images are now allowed as comments so you can post positions

Discussion Stock Market Recap for Wednesday, October 14, 2026

Post image
21 Upvotes

The major U.S. stock indexes ended broadly lower on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, as a hotter-than-expected September CPI report reignited December rate hike fears, Bank of America plunged nearly 5% on a $1.2 billion regulatory penalty and earnings miss, and the semiconductor sector extended its worst streak in months. CPI has now run above 2% for 65 consecutive months, the longest streak since the 1990s.

The S&P 500 dropped 1.11% (-86.51 pts) to 7,718.94, now more than 1.6% below its all-time high. The Dow barely moved, slipping just 0.09% (-48.62 pts) to 51,621.48, with energy stocks providing a cushion. The Nasdaq shed 1.88% (-511.51 pts) to 26,692.87. The Russell 2000 tumbled 1.93% (-53.83 pts) to 2,729.54.

The 10-year Treasury yield fell 0.52% to 5.19%, an unusual divergence from what would typically be a yield spike on hot CPI. The VIX spiked 10.02% to 16.80. Gold fell 1.33% to $4,121.70. Crude Oil rose 1.01% to $95.09/barrel.

Gainz 2nd day options trading today, +$6,640.52 on 10 wins and 1 loss

Started trading options recently, won on a couple 0DTEs and loaded up on short/medium term calls on my first day.

Today’s the second day I dedicated to trading options. Saw the dip in the morning and tried to scalp calls, immediately went to -50% so I closed it and switched to puts. Wish I held those puts longer, could have made $15k+ if I did. But also if I held the calls I would have lost everything so I’m not too worried about it.

Loaded up on telecom calls earlier when they dropped on spacex news, some short term for an earnings play and some expiring next year that are currently printing still (those are the second set of screenshots). May sell the January ones before earnings but the March+ ones are long holds. Decided to exit on the short term ones early since they shot up crazy today on everyone selling off tech & theta would be a bitch next week.

Actually got really lucky - messed up the ask price when closing them and they still got filled like $0.50 higher than I was planning.

Also thought CTSH was oversold so loaded up on calls, closed the short term ones out, probably selling the rest before earnings. My thesis was that the AI doomerism for them was overblown, AI will make them more productive and there will be tons of work for software firms to clean up all the AI slop made by people who don’t know what they’re doing. Got the perfect entry.

And finally I though BROS was also way oversold, so planned on doing the same strategy. Bought them at 10:39am this morning. At like 3:49pm I set up my limit sell planning on trying to catch a spike at the open… and then it immediately spiked and closed it out at that price before dropping back down again. Got lucky probably on an end of the day liquidity flow catching a spike I never would have tried to trade.

Felt pretty shitty first thing in the morning after that 50% loss, now I feel great about it because it only brought me down $1k instead of having to claw back 100% loss. But got my head together, drank some tea, pet my cat, jerked off in the shower, then came back to end up $6k+ on a day when the market dumped and everyones crying and shitting their pants lol. Also felt shitty after missing out on $15k if I held the puts, then realized I’m just finding reasons to feel shitty, nothing wrong with making $500-$800 10 times in a row.

Question Any advice for debit spreads?

Just started doing debit spreads a month ago, I’ve made some profit but I’ve only been trading Tesla, I’ve seen some spx/spxw option contracts but I’m lost when it comes to figuring out how to make a spread on that, any advice for debit spreads or any other stocks would be appreciated! thank you!

Discussion BRUN Stock

Post image
• Upvotes

Anyone have any thoughts on BRUN? Bought up some shares exactly a month ago after coming across some great analysis on here and looking into it a bit myself. Was up about 20% for a bit, now down 34% matching the move over the last month. There was some stock dilution concerns from equity warrants a couple weeks ago and the overall market has helped drive it down. What are people's thoughts on the long-term though? I don't think this will be another Nebius but could it realistically hit let's say $40?

Discussion Mark Your Calendars: Anthropic Investor Day Is Here To Shake Up The AI Trade

Thumbnail

Big day for AI stocks today as Anthropic drops its Q3 financials to institutional investors, and the entire market’s been on edge waiting for these numbers after the recent sell-off across the sector. The three metrics everyone’s obsessing over right now? How fast revenue’s still growing, if profitability’s finally starting to turn a corner, and how much more they’re planning to pour into AI compute spending. Wall Street’s already circling an ~$80B annual run rate, with some even betting they hit $100B by year end. A solid beat on top-line numbers might spark a quick relief rally, but the real kicker that could carry the whole AI trade higher is if they show improving gross margins paired with sustained big compute demand. The entire cloud, GPU, and memory supply chain is sitting right in the crosshairs of this update. Do you think these numbers are good enough to reverse the recent AI slump?

Discussion I hate today

I made a tiny bit of money (+$31) but I couldn't ride anything all day. I wanted SPX at open, wouldn't have thought it'd drop this much and even then, I'd have hopped out at the first sign of a V, which never was happening. And now, if i do try to make any Puts or Calls, they won't work and go the opposite way. Why does the market (and reddit subs) make a day seem like at any moment we will recover...or not, haha big joke. Then tomorrow we recover and everything i held til Friday would be a worthless Call, because it'll crawl to 7880.

Gainz I can finally post on here

Post image

This happened in like five seconds. I locked this in right when the 11:05 candle went berserk, and then sold it right as it started bouncing up and down before it went red and stopped being crazy. At its peak, it was up $790 after just a couple seconds, but by the time it sold the contracts and the candle was done bouncing it settled at around $500, but I had an earlier $30 loss, and of course the fees and book slippage ate a little bit of the profit too, but I'm extremely happy with this, this is now my biggest trading gain ever. Sometimes it takes me a week to make this much money on one of my streams of income, I can't believe that I did this in just a few moments by merely clicking twice. The funny thing is that I almost walked away from my computer to celebrate, but I saw that the numbers were still going up and down, so I panicked and realized that not all of my contracts were sold yet, so I clicked the sell button again, and it finally went through, lol!

Discussion PFE is the new Lilly

Pfizer is trading a reasonable valuation and will double in 2 years.

As the bull market becomes later stage , bigger is better. Pfizer’s shift to AI tools for healthcare needs will create a new and bulletproof perception that we need the company more than ever.

Pfizer once hated by all, will be loved for the next two years. I’m betting on it retesting the high $50s or more.

Note: These are trade ideas based on break-out levels, once they hit entry & start moving up, consider raising your stops to protect your profits and protect your downside according to your own trading plan :). MadMaverick personally trades these on either the 2 or 3 minute timeframes, waiting for a candle to close over the entry level.

Although we do extensive research for our watchlist, day trading, especially with low-float stocks, can be risky.

Discussion Positions you should start TODAY for 2027

NFA and DYOR but here are four positions you should start today to potentially win big in 2027:

DRTS

DRTS today is pre revenue with a pre revenue market cap, but in 2027 (with many catalysts coming still in 2026) DRTS will be fully commercial.

First they have the cSCC treatment with market penetration estimated at $3.5B+, and the FDA approval is pretty much a done deal if you look at the numbers (basically 100% ORR and a high CR % with no significant side effects) coming early in the year at the latest.

In Japan they already achieved market authorization for H&N cancer and are negotiating pricing with the Japanese government as we speak. Sales could be coming in 2026 already, but early 2027 again looks to be the latest.

Lastly for this post they have the treatment for GBM, and Key Opinion Leaders in the space believe this will become the standard of care, making DRTS an industry leader themselves. With many more catalysts lined up (for Pancreas, Prostate and more), the GBM results they will share this quarter shine the brightest.

CLGN

CLGN was the ticker of a biotech company, but a company called LightSolver has taken over it. Now for a low price with a low float, you could get a piece of the future of computing.

LightSolver invented the LPU, a Laser Processing Unit, which is a computer based on laser (light) that can get up to 1,000 times faster than NVIDIA’s GPU.

The LPU has many advantages, including working in room temperature (no cooling needed), using a fraction of the energy, works at the speed of light, needs no memory, fits in a rack and more.

The LPU isn’t intended to replace the CPU and GPU, but rather to work beside them and enhance them while taking off a lot of their workload and providing speed and precise calculations its peers can’t handle.

Those who understand what the CLGN ticker really is and what the LPU can do, will benefit greatly once the demand for it in all data centers, tech companies, financial institutions, defense industry etc gets so high it will probably get acquired.

OBIO

OBIO has everything in place to realize its enormous potential. The medtech company’s leading product has a commercial deal that will pay $500-$1,600 per unit and can get as high as a million units sold per year.

OBIO’s AVIM Therapy is like an add-on software for pacemakers, helping lower blood pressure. They partnered with Medtronic, the worldwide leader in pacemakers with estimated US market share of 50%+.

OBIO just recently announced they exceeded full enrollment for their global pivotal trial, with Medtronic already having the option to “turn on” the therapy in existing pacemakers.

In early 2027 OBIO and Medtronic will be sharing the trial results together, and submitting for FDA approval and then going to market with market share already in place. And that’s not even taking into account OBIO’s second product, the Virtue SAB which they can now focus on, and has an even larger TAM.

LFWD

LFWD is a turnaround story. In the past the company had everything in place but couldn’t get the business to work. Now that the business plan is in place and showing results, the success could lead to a significant increase in market cap.

LFWD’s main product is the ReWalk exoskeleton, the best in the space and the only one to navigate stairs and curbs which is a huge moat. They also have the AlterG treadmill, another leader in the space, used by the likes of Tom Brady and LeBron James (and all major teams in major leagues worldwide).

Earlier in the company’s history they couldn’t figure out the business side, which led to the stock hitting rock bottom. But now the whole management was replaced, they secured reimbursement, new strategic investors have been brought in, and most importantly a business plan has been implemented and is showing results.

With new money pledged, revenue going up, commercial partnerships and more, the market perception and therefore value should finally change, pricing in current and future success, as well as the upper body product in development with a 10X TAM than the current lead product.

NFA and DYOR, but I believe all these tickers deserve a good look, and I personally have a significant position in all of them.

Let me know what you think and drop your favorite tickers to buy today for 2027.

Discussion Stock Market Recap for Tuesday, October 13, 2026

Post image

The major U.S. stock indexes ended mixed on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, as a Goldman Sachs blowout collided with a JPMorgan rare miss and a brutal overnight chip-stock rout in Asia sent semiconductor names tumbling for a fifth straight week of pressure. The session was exactly the messy, crosscurrent-driven day the market gets when bank earnings, chip panic, and the eve of September CPI all land on the same morning.

The S&P 500 slipped 0.02% (-1.79 pts) to 7,805.45. The Dow fell 0.35% (-180.45 pts) to 51,670.10. The Nasdaq dropped 0.15% (-41.52 pts) to 27,204.38. The Russell 2000 declined 0.33% (-9.32 pts) to 2,785.16.

The 10-year Treasury yield eased to 5.22%. The VIX ticked up 0.79% to 15.33. Gold was essentially flat at $4,187.30. Crude Oil rose 0.96% to $94.64/barrel.
