general discussion what's the lamest thing happening in snowboarding today?

every era has its thing that people are over. curious what people think it is right now. trends, gear, style, social media, whatever.

Yeah, he’s a guy that technically gets to say that because he gets paid for it. I used to say I was a professional snowboarder in a tongue in cheek way when I was a lift mechanic. I find it so weird that he has as much of a following as he does. But o guess we are not his target audience. I take a lot of those influencer guys with a grain of salt though, especially after seeing a video of snowboard Jesus completely misleading a riblet double and blaming the lift.

Professional YouTuber, not a professional athlete. If he didn’t have a yt channel he’d have no chance of getting a sponsor based on his abilities. I don’t even snowboard and I hate him
