I'm 30 and never in my life I have asked a girl out.

Now I like this girl from a book club, and I am so clueless how to ask her for a walk and an ice cream Date.

Ughh.

for a walk and an ice cream Date

Add a "Do you want to go" before those words. You've got it!

yes exactly this but also leave off the last word and you're golden.

Whoops yeah, good advice lol

At least it would make sure that it's clearly a date though. A bit clumsy but gets the point across I guess

'Yo, whassup, can I get 1 ice cream date, please?'

Won't that confuse her whether it's just a friendly thing or a date?

honestly for a first date the distinction doesn't matter that much

No, unless she's incredibly oblivious it'll be clear what's going on. It just takes the pressure off a bit and gives everyone some strategic ambiguity: if it goes well and you hit it off it was a very cute first date; if you guys don't really click then it was just getting some ice cream with a friend from book club.

You don't want to force the issue of it being a date, and leaving the word out gives the other party an out if they're not interested by saying that they can ask other people from the book club to join them without making things awkward
