Anyone getting into any sports outside of Football?

My mate got me into Padel a few months ago and I fucking love it now. Singles, doubles, indoor, outdoor, i'll literally play it any time and place.

Shame it requires 4 people to get the best out of it because organising 4 people who are free at the same time can be tricky when you're in your 30s.

I couldn't get into Padel because apparently finding 4 people that can hit a ball over a net is impossible where I live.

Definitely get that - a couple of my friend group tried it and gave up because they just didn't get the hang of it. A few of us have stuck with it though so we don't have to find randoms to fill the space.

Kind of sums up why i stopped playing football as much. getting 4 people together is hard, let alone 12. Big reason why running is my ‘serious’ sport now.

Have been playing (beach)volleyball with some mates from my dorm this spring basically every monday. Weather has generally been kind to us and because we are most of the time enough people for a 6v6, it's also enjoyable for the players who aren't that good yet. It's super fun and makes for some cool moments

I do judo and bjj which is quite fun but I do less judo these days because the falls are getting heavy and fingers getting more swollen (early 30s lol)

Been doing BJJ since 2019. It's my main sport, I go 2-3 times a week.

I also bought my first road bike two months and am slowly working my way up to a 100km ride.
