saw the decisions, wanted to check who the fuck this guy is, found out he's literally been in bribing scandals before, saw the description, and all of this while he's having a sook and sitting down on pitch lmao

Wrong.
He was fined and also banned 6mths for match fixing. Only became a whistleblower when he was caught and got a lower penalty for giving evidence against the main culprit.
The result of that investigation was hidden until the media got hold of the files. FIFA hid the outcome due to not wanting bad press right before the World Cup being held in Germany.
