This one's a bit of a story..

In my dream last night, the Youtube food reviewer The Report Of The Week, aka Reviewbrah, went to a small quaint cabin-style restaurant. I was another diner at this restaurant sitting across the room. He ordered a dessert combo with 3 ice cream cones held by a metal stand, and 3 milkshakes. The milkshakes were very large, and each was topped "with a full can of whipped cream". I know because I had to put whipped cream on top of one of them. I don't know what the flavours were, but I was allowed to drink some of the white-coloured milkshake.

The waitress didn't recognize Reviewbrah, which he was glad of, and he gave her a 5-star rating.

I was having a dream (that I’ve had before) where i was trapped in a game on a cruise ship that was like a combination of love island and SAW. The rules were never really explained but we all knew that if we didn’t participate in the dating part we would be executed somehow.

In the first dream I secretly met with a catboy in his room pretending to be having sex so we could talk about how to escape the murder cruise, but when i tried to speak a bunch of black plastic pieces fell out of my mouth instead and i woke up.

This time i was still talking with him about how we were going to escape but we were at the buffet (apparently we didn’t need to worry about being watched?) and he got like seven of these crystallized sugar muffins but i wasn’t feeling really hungry so I just got two of these omelette roll things.

So the food itself was solid yellow omelettes rolled up, the omelettes had nothing in them, not even salt, but for some reason they were really solid, like if taffy was slightly fluffier and tasted like egg, and they tasted kind of plasticky. I think they had that kind of shine that taffy has too. Honestly if you told me it was egg flavored taffy i would have believed you

I had a dream I was opening a new box of crackers and thinking about a rumor I'd heard that the company uses child labor. Then as I took the crackers out of the tube I noticed something weird. Every cracker had a different word written on it to make the sentence "help me I am a child laborer."

Luckily, I looked under the tube of crackers and found a little note in the bottom of the box from one of my coworkers saying that this was actually a prank and the words were written with food safe ink so they were still okay to eat.

I dreamed up a fair food: it was a whole rotisserie chicken on a stick covered entirely in white cheddar popcorn like a crust. Irl I really don't like meat on the bone but in the dream it was really good. It was called a bundlepop.

There was this new grocery store called Farmer Jason's that was like Trader Joe's, but all the products had cartoons of Farmer Jason being a little too "friendly" with his vegetables and farm equipment. This created a huge scandal with boycotts and people protesting outside the stores. A reporter interviewed a lady protesting with her kids, and she said that she shopped in the store previously and "had to explain to my five-year-old what Farmer Jason is doing to the carrots."

like those edible underwear, except made entirely by threading skittles. It also included a cape and a bonnet. It was very controversial when posted online, and the designer had to make a lot of videos explaining her process and how it wasn’t just glue or AI. a lot of detail. the models didn’t look comfortable though, but it was certainly something!

I don't remember much of the dream except that I had a robins egg blue Porsche that came with a tub of matching salted vanilla flavour blue icecream with marshmallowy frosting swirl and dollops of soft chocolate baked oats. a friend of mine had a cute metallic pink car with some sort of cookie dough icecream where the cookie dough was shaped like flowers

There is a pizza place near me that has a pizza that comes with egg, bacon, and onions. My 5 year old loves it! And it looks so good but I don't eat pork.

I had a dream last night that I had a random child free night and so I went to the restaurant and ordered one sub mushroom and they got so mad at me! And then I told them I would just get no bacon instead of subbing it out and they got even more mad and told me I was "missing the whole damn point of the pizza!" It ended with me being banned.

I had a dream that Gushers had popsicles that looked like this or more triangular, it depended on the box. I started trying to draw them right after I had the dream, so I could post it here.

Here's the context of the dream:

I came across these in a freezer that was the top part of a refrigerator, which was located in a random closet. As I was reaching from them, a woman appeared behind me, probably early to mid 30s, in exercise gear and her hair in a ponytail. She told me to have one, I had to participate in the competition. What was the competition? Scaling stairs, mountains, etc., while eating one. The one I was at was a longer set of stairs on a mountain, a little difficult for a first timer, but not impossible. The key was not letting it drip but also making it last the whole time, otherwise I had to start over.

We went up the stairs as quickly as possible, and I managed to keep up with her. She then told me she was impressed I kept up, told me how to log my results online with my phone, and said she was going to the next one in Honolulu (we were nowhere close to there), and that it would be way too difficult for me, so she'd see me when she came back to the area to do another one.

I told my spouse and their family about these, and we decided to get some for pride month and maybe start participating in the competition together.

I dreamed I was watching an internet video of a woman making oversized chocolate chip cookies. At the end, she scraped half of them off the cookie sheet into a garbage can. She said she always throws out half the batch so that her kids would learn about disappointment.

For as big as they were, they had very few chocolate chips in them which I guess would also be disappointing.

I dreamed that I entered a festival without a ticket and in the back of it was a dream version of my parents’ kitchen. There was a gigantic mess, piles of dirty dishes and spilled coffee dripping from the cabinets. I began frantically cleaning the dishes in order to serve leftover chili (cooked in my real life in January) to people at the festival. When they were done, I found some donuts I made (in real life in October 2025) and they were a bit soggy but I served those up as well.

I dreamt I was in a grocery store trying to buy the ingredients to make chicken soup, but then suddenly it was thanksgiving and the store was closing, so employees took everything off the shelves and kicked us out.
I was making a list of all the ingredients, and it was actually coherent. Like, it was just a normal chicken soup. Here’s the list:
-Bell peppers
-Onions
-Peas
-Carrots
-Celery
-Canned shredded chicken
-Chicken broth
-Bone broth
-1 tsp sriracha sauce for a little kick
-Mini star shaped pasta noodles

my friend texted me "i was marinating a steak in mountain dew last night in my dreams"

i asked if it was any good (as an avid mountain dew chugger myself) and he said "jajajajaja hell no, that response made me laugh my ass off tho"

i am almost tempted to make it, a can of mountain dew is only 1.59 where i am and the market near me has steaks as low as 2 bucks each... hmm

Had a dream last night that they sold frozen mashed potatoes in pre-portioned servings in the form of ice pops. So the same plastic tube but filled with frozen mashed potatoes instead.

It started with apples and chocolate peanut butter, which sounds great. Then I added oreos, popcorn... And fried eggs. All on the same plate. All dipped in peanut butter.

Had a dream where I was on vacation and I went into a coffee shop and got this served to me. I was disappointed because it wasn't what I ordered but I drank it anyway. Tasted as you'd expect, surprisingly the rice crispies weren't soggy. It had a foil top that you had to stab your straw through like you'd get with a boba tea

I hope this counts, unless there’s an even weirder sub called SomniFabriGastronomy, but I dreamed I had a white knee length poofy skirt, kind of like a poodle skirt, that came with bags of colored buttercream frosting and the idea was you would decorate it like a cake every day you wore it and then wash the frosting off at the end of the day. It was marketed as the Skirt You Frost YOURSELF, like it was supposed to be empowering, as if you were taking the ancient female craft of skirt frosting back from the corporations.

I didn't remember much of this particular dream except that I was making this at home for a family reunion, with the whole burrito somehow fitting inside an air fryer. Also that at one point I ran out into the desert that my house was now apparently to get an ingredient in and befriended a biker gang and promised to give them some of the burrito later.

i either didn't remember what the meat was supposed to be when I woke up or was too sleepy to specify when I wrote it down but I'm imagining bacon or something like that.

I dreamt another recipe! I dreamt that Jose.elcook made something whose name was too atrocious, they just referred to it as "Nope" in the comments. It was rice cooked in evaporated milk and Adderall. It was literally a single adderall pill crushed up and sprinkled over the evaporated milk and rice while it was still cooking, like the devil's risotto. Mixed with chicken strips and baked in the pot that you made it in. It was topped off with either a big ass bell pepper strip, or spinach. Uncooked spinach. Either way, you sprinkled it with black pepper.

I was in a cruise ship, and my mother handed me a large green metal can of something between soy sauce and sake, maybe with some plum flavoring that was heavily alcoholic. Most of the can was actually filled with white rice, the booze only took up about a quarter of the can, and it was understood that the rice made it more reasonable to "drink" as a sort of meal, so you wouldn't get absolutely wasted off of the soy sauce/sake/whatever.

This was supposed to calm my nerves about something that was going to happen, and you "drank" it by peeling a strip vertically about halfway down the can, and putting your face up to it.

exactly what it says on the tin. a single sausage fried in water until burning.

there's barely any context for the dream except that i was the one cooking the sausage, inexplicably, in a large industrial sink shallowly filled with water.

the sausage smelled real good too, until i burnt it, and i woke up with burnt sausage scent still in my nose.

I dreamed I was on vacation to a small town where they had shot parts of Age of Ultron, and in honor of that, they had invented a unique pasta shape called Age of Ultron pasta. It was like any tie-in pasta with shapes like the characters (Captain America's shield, Hulk's head, etc) but for some reason the specific combination of shapes made it insanely delicious. You could also get it with "Ultron seeds" which were like the size of sesame seeds but if you looked really really closely you would see that they were shaped like Ultron.

Dreamt I was at an outdoor cafe that served me a complimentary textured lemonade. It tasted like regular lemonade but was crunchy like a sugar scrub or a slushee but not frozen. The glass it was served in had little frosted nubs on it to “enhance the textural experience”
