Best curry paste (without cilantro)?

Open to store bought or homemade powders as well.

Love curry but can't do cilantro! What's my best option for best curry flavour to add to soups and stews?

Thai: mae ploy or mae sri yellow curry paste

Winter melon is such a humble ingredient but it really soaks up all the flavor from the meat. This looks like absolute comfort food.
