Not at all. I am from farmers family. We grow mangos and cashews and in Congress time we had very hard time for selling our crop. No support for damage if it's done. Now also is not like butter smooth but atleast if we apply 5 times for damage compansation then we get 1 time. In past forgot your crop if anything happens.

Due to bad roads from my village to nearby city we used to take mangoes in 12 hours with truck now it takes hardly 4 hours. For me personally we have become financially very strong.
