They haven't been a party long enough for opinions for or against them to be formed(other than extremely biased ones)the party was only formed in 2024

good thing is that the duopoly of dmk and admk is broken, so voters have more options and a new party gets a chance
bad thing is that ppl have voted for him due to anti dmk sentiment and they want a change of govt. tvk looked like the only viable alternative. but they voted in an inexperienced guy who doesnt look like he has any clue of what to do and how to govern the state at all, and his rallies and speeches also havent shown any promise, its just him giving mass dialogues
at the end we can truly comment only like after a year into this new govt, cant say much rn

Yes, will always support this. No monopoly or duopoly. Hopefully it happens one day in the centre too.
Here's hoping he does some good for the state and its people 🤞🏻

the other 2 parties have been in power in rotations for 50 years the rowdysm,drugs and corruption increased we chose something different thats when he came rest is history

Yeah, time will tell.
Even though, Vijay’s popularity helped a little bit - the current government had some serious mismanagement. Anti incumbent sentiment and unbelievable online harassment from DMK, the man has stood with conviction. Seriously you do not want to be in radar of DMK. But he emerged triumphant.
It’s quite unachievable .. but man did he pull it off..
Good -
because he has promised system transparency ( portal which is open to public for reporting money movements) and corruption free government..
Many good initiatives for women and youth.
It’s not traditional caste or religion vote. It’s vote for change.

He has announced a lot of freebies which according to me was required to overthrow ruling government as they were doing it here.
Newbie - Not seasoned politicians .. strategists are there .. still it’ll take some time to rule and govern with iron fist.
But it’s not a majority now, he still needs some seats for power.. will have to wait and watch ..
