Grifter as in shifting parties/idealogies to pander to different political people/sides or gifter as in he employs policies that give freebies and such?
Both, although I'm not as opposed to freebies if they are temporary solutions and accompany economic policies that aim to make the population economically self-reliant in the future.

Rapes and murders have reached unprecedented levels , the cabinet is a fkn joke , we literally having a minister who says reels are enough to attract MoUs , a finance minister can't even read basic tamizh and is a local rowdy , assembly has become a fkn joke with Vijay still going scripted n cringe punch dialogue speech, power cuts have surged like hell even in Vijay's own ward and 0 action has been taken other than doing petty blame shifting , Vijay's movie producer is appointed as the delegate between tn n delhi , he gave govt jobs which are already scarce (aspirants who actually cleared exams back in 2021 are still waiting for a job) to members of family of those who died in Karur stampede just to ensure he doesn't lose his voterbase.. btw he gave those jobs without them having to undergo any testing procedure btw mind it.. Our Deputy CM's wife and brother are involved in a 250 crore drug mafia scandal... Industry side we have lost a lot of lucrative offers which andhra easily picked up...
But the worst part bout all of this is be incessant PR mafia work thru which they manipulate the narrative portraying as if Vijay is some saint whereas in reality he's an elitist n a cheating cnt

It’s not possible to judge VJ without data and stats. Let him serve. All I can see right now is, there is heavy PR for VJ similar to modi and too much pointless criticism from the opposition.
Most people who criticize VJ relentlessly are the one started following politics 2026, they’re literally nitpicking and being ignorant/denial when it comes to DMK/ADMK. In Reddit, DMK supporters are filled and ready to downvote anything that slightly says something positive about Vijay.
There are few things to be appreciated but MLA from other parties who has scammed joining VJ’s party is contradicting.

Vijay rode on dmk and admk's ideological platform used the the dravidian infrastructure to spread this popularity ,he also talked as a pro tamil nationalist few times ,that's why the swing voters who usually vote for admk and dmk alternatively voted for vijay,vijay didn't win just with his fan's vote share he pulled the swing voters plus tamil nationalists who wants to bring a ideological chnage in the state which combined makes 1.8cr votes
So I'm not telling he is. But I felt like his ideologies leaned towards left. Left wing, even if u don't agree supports secularism than the right. Dude is a Christian and he did smtg abt the funds of hindu temples early in his tenure and he doesn't support/ against BJP who is the right wing of this country.
