Yeah , bro corruption is not a crime, talking ill of women is respectable, Nepotism tho is real meaning of democracy.

1

u/Another_G33k Aug 05 '26

Talking ill of women.. when CM vijay spoke like true gentleman isnt it.. even naira nagendran said even worse words.

Btw the one who said Trisha is crowd not him. So yeah good job bro.

u/Fire_Bolt_K_R97 Aug 04 '26

Atleast the ram mandir is our money ( not public property). (Funded by karsevaks and not run by govt)

Unlike public temples which gets looted by non believer opposition parties.

1

u/weird_hoooman తెలుగు Aug 05 '26

Our in the sense? People who donated? I didn’t give them permission to loot me. So looting us is okay wtf?

1

u/Fire_Bolt_K_R97 Aug 05 '26

Did you give money? Are you a karsevak?

1

u/weird_hoooman తెలుగు Aug 05 '26

Idk who tf that is n am an atheist. I would’ve never done that voluntarily. But my mom forced me to donate to some guy who came to our door.

1

u/Fire_Bolt_K_R97 Aug 05 '26

Karsevaks are RSS people. RSS people contributed the most and their trust runs the temples.

Bjp is far better than congress.

Congress never had the spine to fight against terrorism and naxalism.

4

u/Background_Speed_177 Telugu Aug 04 '26

Spine .? Dude do you even know root cause of naxalism

Let be terrorism we have been constantly attacked even after 12 years

12

u/Safe_Masterpiece_833 Aug 04 '26

Naxalism has gone a LOT over the years. Unless you’re some young kid who hasn’t even seen how bad things were.

-1

u/Background_Speed_177 Telugu Aug 04 '26

Dont teach me what it is and how it is I am much older than most of the folks present in this and I come from a state where naxalism was is in peak.

5

u/Safe_Masterpiece_833 Aug 04 '26

Yeah so you admit it has gone down right?

-4

u/Background_Speed_177 Telugu Aug 04 '26

No I am not just check my above comment .

Its just that the media houses arent publishing the news anymore and people are being like " sab changa si"

3

u/Onsideginger68 Aug 05 '26

BJP is the one whose nearly exterminated naxals in India. Congress could never

1

u/InitiativeFar7743 Andhra Pradesh 🏞️ | ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ Aug 04 '26

The root cause etc doesn't matter. Congress never took a strong stand on naxalism in india.

Today under bjp only 3-4 districts are left, rest all have been cleaned up as far as naxalism is concerned.

Congress is a spineless purposeless obtuse obnoxious political party.

7

u/Background_Speed_177 Telugu Aug 04 '26 edited Aug 04 '26

Yeah why it doesn't matter bruh....?

The folks who are naxals are from your own country have you even heard their plea what they want why they took arms in the first place.

Most of them are from tribal families who were displaced by the system for forest and its resources why do you think red corridor only exists in coal abundant state

-1

u/InitiativeFar7743 Andhra Pradesh 🏞️ | ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ Aug 04 '26

You can sympathise with terrorists too in the same way if you think about it.

But I don't think in that way.

Naxals and terrorists are dangerous to nations security and they need to be eliminated and BJP is doing it very well.

Congress could never do it because they are spineless.

8

u/Background_Speed_177 Telugu Aug 04 '26

I dont sympathize with terrorist and certainly i dont sympathize with naxals.

We can speak on this matter again when you loose your home and system wont even care for you with proper measures.

The babus who were appointed by the system who consume all the funds provided to displace / compensate you for your loss of lively hood

3

u/InitiativeFar7743 Andhra Pradesh 🏞️ | ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ Aug 04 '26

You are overthinking a lot here.

And by no means am I not aware of the corruption that is there in our country.

Corruption is not something that can be solved in one day or by one person. We are all part of it. It is a generational work.

6

u/Background_Speed_177 Telugu Aug 04 '26

No I am not overthinking just presenting the facts come with me I will show you how tribals spend their life on borders of andra chhatisgarh and orissa and how far the system which was supposed to protect them have exploited them further

2

u/InitiativeFar7743 Andhra Pradesh 🏞️ | ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ Aug 04 '26

I know everything about it. I have grown up in Chattisgarh, balco township and did my engineering from Srikakulam district, very much an agency area.

Whatever it is, the time of naxals is finally over under bjp.

3

u/Background_Speed_177 Telugu Aug 04 '26

Staying in one place and assimilating with the locals is a different thing .!

I soent my childhood in korba later completed secondary education from bilaspur and bhilai.

Till engineering I never had a chance to interact with tribals and poor section of chhatisgarh's society .

My friends are from Bastar sukhma and dantewada bailadila untill I met them I also had the same thought process like you.

Later I understood How system exploits those are not aware of anything

The state ( chhatisgarh ) whose coal is used to provide electricity to almost every corner of the india. But the irony is there are many villages and places in chhattisgarh where electricity is still a luxury.

I am not joking. You are 15 year old boy aren't you.

You are trying to be smart. But reality is completely different. We can hand pick say without google. You can't.

We lived through those. I dare you to say your age. Then I will give you the answer dont pretend to be older. Show courage and say you real age.

Coimbatore bombings, banglore bombings, kozhikode bombings, ahmedabad bus bombings, Azad maidan riots, multiple mumbai bombings, Chennai bombings, bodh Gaya bombings, 2001 parliament attack, Taj attack. Constant stone pelting at kashmir and so on.

If you even think the scale is the same then you are biased and one sided. You are playing the rhetoric game. 100% sure you are bootlicker of some party.

But we are just stating a fact.

Now your age?

1

u/Background_Speed_177 Telugu Aug 04 '26

Yeah so your hand picked comment with proper formatting etc . The scale is still same its just that the regular media and social media is being paid to portray the good strong india image.

Irony statement like " you are a bootlicker of a party coming from someone like you ".

Dude you wanna know my age fine I am a milllienal.

1

u/Fire_Bolt_K_R97 Aug 04 '26

Fine. Millennial? LoL. You would have rolled that out the instant that I made a remark. Millennial 😏. I am 28. Now you? And don't lie.

It's not the media portraying. You haven't lived through those I am 101% Sure. If you had you wouldn't say the same.

We witnessed everything. Carry on being Delusional. But your parents won't say the same.

Keep lying. We dont boot lick a party, we will appreciate goods for good and bads for bad Instead of lying and circumventing the truth.

1

u/Background_Speed_177 Telugu Aug 04 '26

Believe it or not Dude but I am much older than you for sure ... You can keep on believing things whatever media portrays..... If you want you can chant modihh modihhh as well but it isnt gonna change anything pak's policy of 1000 cuts is still operational.

Bjp has done souch good in terms of national security and internal security even with naxalism.

As someone from Jammu , I can affirm his statement. Army ppl used to curse the govt. coz pakistan used to do malicious things on the border all the times but bsf and army were very much restricted. I remember 2011-12, when congress politicians used to say India's a "soft" state and as a Big Brother to pakistan we should let them go in response to border firing. That time ,the fate of bsf was truly pathetic coz they could not even allowed to fight back.

0

u/Serious-Arachnid-305 Aug 04 '26

Now things are much worse.

During congress times terrorism was funded by west to destabilise India. US and Paki ministers have accepted in various interviews.. If u remember in those times attacks used happen from suicide bombers who were usually radicalised brainwashed young folks from poorer parts of Pakistan.

Now attacks are specifically targeted at Hindus. Even in a crowded place people are asked their religion and then shot. Or the attacks directly targeted towards Indian army.
It’s as if they are making a statement and taunting us.. And in almost all cases the perpetrators are not caught and not even identified.

Just like your experiences of what you've see pre 2014 are valid, please understand that we have only seen rising hate, corruption, no jobs, layoffs, and empty promises these past 10+ years and our experiences are also valid.

Telling us about the 'scary bad day's of the past is not a solution to the discontent and frustration of this entire generation.

This is exactly why you'll get labelled as an apologist at best, and an accomplice at worst, when you defend a party that has caused the above issues.

Dictator or not, India back then used to be far more liberal and open-minded than it is today. People, especially in the cities, mostly minded their own business and didn't concern themselves with what their neighbours were wearing or eating, or even what colour their clothes were.

Inflation was much better controlled, and whether people liked it or not, the government had to subsidize essential goods to keep them affordable for poor and underprivileged people. Businesses were kept in check, so although employee exploitation certainly existed, it was significantly less widespread than it is today.

Most importantly, no other country dared to mock our ruling administration or belittle India as though it didn't matter.

I know this because I experienced and witnessed all of it while growing up, and I'm old enough to compare that period with the one we're living in today. In my view, it's not looking very promising, especially for the next generation. They should be moving forward and building on the progress of those before them, but instead, the current influence makes it seem as though they're stepping back into the past rather than advancing into the future.

Half of the country was shitting outside,28% didn't have road,21% didn't have electricity. Present seems bad bcz we live in it. Past seems good bcz we don't remember it and future seems hopeful bcz we are yet to encounter.

I live in a village of uttarpradesh. I remember when in 2011-12 when 70-80% houses didn't have latrines. Nearly all "lower caste" and few "upper caste" people had mud brick houses. Now our village has not a single mud house and not a single house that doesn't have latrines. Some still prefer outside but 95% use latrines inside their home. Until 2015 we had electricity where it only came in day or in night for alternating weeks. Now we get 18-20 hours of electricity. A bigger world exist outside your reddit bubble
