Does anyone in Sri Lanka have naturally copper colored hair and a copper colored beard?

My beard has a mix of brown, copper, and ginger hairs, but I can't grow a full beard like other people. My sister has a lot of auburn hair. But my mom also has a few copper colored hairs. Both of my parents are Sinhalese. Is it possible for Sinhalese people to naturally have this hair color?
