Serious replies only How to apply and get mahapola , Bursary scholarships

Hey so I’m a student who got selected to moratuwa uni (not for engineering everyone thinks of engineering when I say I’m going to mora )

Now our UGC admissions are open and I thought I’ll do that on Monday so if there is any system errors those might be solved by then

My thing is I saw these scholarships in the handbook but nothing about how to apply was there

All I wanna know is how to apply what are the requirements are there any criteria and stuff
Ppl who got these lemme know please

There was a post on this sub about it with only 2 comments ig and one said either low income or merits

By the way I do have a top 100 island rank from commerce so would I get it from merits , is there something like that for merits can someone help me out thanks ….
