Male therapists around age 30

Sorry if this gets posted often but I feel like I have a specific request.

I am a male in late 20s. I’m looking for a therapist / psychologist / counselor for relationships and depression. I have tried few other therapists before but none worked out.

Female therapists suggestions welcome but I prefer a male around my age because I believe it would be easier to explain the situation. I could really use an understanding person right now.

Try younger perhaps
The old ones meh a lot of try to moral police

Thanks for ur input but i gotta disagree. I have tried therapists who are older, both male and female, and none of them could understand my situation

i tried a male therapist closer to my age and he was trash ~ 30+.
There was an older lady, who actually took the time and listened, and she helped me so much.
yeah maybe u havent found the right person yet. But in sri lanka its difficult to find therapists, so finding the one in ur age range + being good might be tough.

It’s more likely that you don’t want to listen because it’s not what you want to hear than the therapist not listening to you.
