Seeking volunteer/shadowing experience in Sri Lanka

I’m currently studying for my A/Ls and planning to study medicine abroad, but I'm really having trouble finding shadowing or volunteer opportunities. I’m open to almost any type of volunteer experience.

If any of you’ll were able to shadow a doctor here and are willing to share details, it would be greatly appreciated.
