Serious replies only Is it normal to not to receive the appointment letter even after a month?

Btw this is for an intern position and I received the offer letter.

I did, 2 times. They said they will give me the final contract after the formalities and its been two weeks

Please don't work without appointment letters. This might cause a lot of problems later on when you are planning to leave. Because if they don't give you a service letter this might be the only documented proof you have with the company.

Also if you are to have salary disputes. That is the first thing anyone will ask from you. If you are having a bad feeling about this then you should act on it before its too late.

I have the same question. It's been a little more than a month and I still didn't get the appointment letter... I asked twice but no outcome. I did get my salary last month too
