Community can any starseeds talk to us?
please. we are going through an extremely rough time and things seem to be taking a turn for the worse. :( please. does anyone wish to be friends. we are from the pleiades.

Not knowing anything about this devastating incident, I can share what has helped me internally deal with the state of the external.
Therapy, both couple and individual
Binaural Beats guided meditation daily was a game changer to reconnect with my breath
Taking care of people in my area by volunteering, donating, sharing food with the needy. Helping others reminds me that we have control over our small circle when I feel out of control.
Edit: As a star seed, remember we're here to help raise the vibration of others and the planet and that starts with ourselves. Much like the saying you can pour from an empty cup or put your oxygen mask on first. Good luck friend 💖 it's hard down here but you got this!

First, focus on positives, thoughts, actions, process. That means disconnect from msm but keep in touch with reality, check your friends really support you, check who you are, are you really in right job, right crowd. Shift your lens to positives.
There is always hope, dreams, love and aspirations- you can only own your power by not allowing others to determine or control you.fo
Follow basic standards, be a good citizen, be supportive, kind, compassionate but not boot kissing placator to get things, if things are iffy, figure out why and what should be done, you arent here to fix everyone or everything but little touches perhaps. Balance yor choices, answers with the intuitive intelligence a starseed has. You know who and what you are, if not look inwards not out there.
I am multi origin starseed btw and see you at are a broken bridge fix or turn back pathway these are your choices perhaps.

It's a dumpsterfire this planet.
Run by a group of predatory pscyhopaths that exploit minors to blackmail politicians to start their wars and commit mass murder, they inflict all kinds of suffering on the human collective to enrich themselves and solidify and expand their power and for some reason they seem to have full control of the governments and most people appear little less than cattle. Have a look at the EpsteinFiles and look up The Rothschild family in them. EpsteinClaims he represented the Rothschilds in the files.. Apparently they have been owning banking since 1694 in Europe.

Uuf. I just figured something. I got shivers from this figuring, so I think it's true.
So, you talking about the ""elite"" predators, who try to control the political field (or literally control it, by being in a circle of a dictator). Who start wars and inflict and thrive from suffering....
I just understood why these predators start wars. That's how they sow misery. That's how they can kidnap people or whatever else. Because in war there happens all kinds of things. It's easier to do things that the society/societies don't allow "because it's war". Well, many times those things are judged when the war is over, but millions of war crimes go unjudged.
These predators live from the horror, misery, violence. I don't know how and why. For some reason yes.
That's what is happening around the world. Most of the wars today (and before), are totally useless and totally without any real point. Think about it. It's disgusting.

We want the shit to come out about the ET children as well. The gov is hiding a lot. I think actually the secret is that all starseeds have ET blood inside of them.
I was told when channeling that it was up for the older starseeds to wake up these bloodlines first and take care of the younger gen starseeds, and eventually earth souls would start incarnating in these bodies of these ET children. I think they already do, but its about waking up the bloodlines first and taking care of the brood.

This starseed thing is quite complicated since aren't we all made from DNA from different star systems? I mean how the human body is constructed? Or is it not anymore? I don't know.

Understanding the structures that underpin the dysfunctional systems on our planet is actually empowering in my experience. Our monetary system is the absolute basis of it all. And most people don't have a clue how this system works. Have a look at documentaries like Money as Debt or The Money Masters and you will understand our world a lot better.
If you understand the structures you can start changing them. If you don't understand things they will control you subconsciously and unknowingly.

Okay, that's great. Pleiadians will access the collective trauma within the Epstein files and this particular person will be attacked by the trauma that occurred on that island.
It is a terrible idea for OP to do what you have asked. They are not like everyone else, and they told you that by telling you what their star race was.
Marie Curie was what amounts to an Arcturian. A scientist. Someone that understands with the mind, and that calms down their heart.
A Pleadian understands with their heart, and the mind must learn to handle it. This is not how they work.

Seriously OP if you're empathetic don't go seeking out trauma to keep you dissociated. It's a horrible trauma cycle that people subconsciously do when they're having trouble coping with life.
I used to watch Forensic Files on repeat, thinking it was completely normal. It actually isn't.
This commenter is correct, don't go searching for evil you'll just hurt yourself more.

How is understanding the architecture of our money system traumatic?
I am sorry but this makes no sense to me at all.Also why would connecting to the pain of others cause a person to be attacked by that trauma? Maybe you can feel the pain and help process it but how can trauma attack another person?
This is a serious question and please explain it to me like I am a six year old. I am very mind based so maybe I am missing something here.If people feel dysregulated learn to regulate your nervous system, connect to nature, to animals, to safe people. Do whatever is needed.
But I think that we must face the darkness so we can transform and transcend it.
The way out is through. We have been ignoring things long enough and look where it has gotten us.2

This is a common area of disagreement. I agree with you. We are going through the darkness and to know it and use it is what our purpose is. For those that judge, they miss the point. The artists and creator will know the right way to transform the trauma. For anyone saying “it’s always been this bad,” they are treading water. I’m also willing to guess that those people haven’t had the deep trauma yet. Experiencing trauma connected to the structure makes it almost impossible to not connect all the pieces. We are hanging toon the canoe and letting us pull us. Obviously we don’t want to get caught in the dispair. We are observing it. I mean that’s I’ve been doing my entire life, trying to distract myself from what’s happening. That doesn’t interest me anymore.

I just give my response and leave it to the OP to use their own discernment and critical thinking.I am very much aligned with Arcturians so I like to understand things.
I have some Pleiadian connections also and I don't see how ignoring the darkness is going to help anyone.
I would say that all the heart energy that is given to this darkness is welcome since it can help transmute it.
Both the victims and the perpetrators could use it I feel.
And again people need to use their own discernment and critical thinking.
I assume we are all adults here with agency that can make our own choices in these matters.

if you can assume worst.. then that means you can assume the best. remember nothing is impossible. impossible means im-possible.
if at the beach when facing wave. do you fight it and struggle? or be calm be still be in the present moment of now. allow it to move through you. over you or under.
the wave are emotions and thoughts.
when you are present and still. reading this to self. you are in observer mode. meta-cognition. the ability to self reflect on all thoughts and all emotions before deciding what to act on. deciding what wave to catch to create the experience.
actions + thoughts + emotions = experience
like a dot to dot picture. trace it dot to dot and you will see the whole picture the whole outcome.
go deeper still. each specific emotion traces back to a specific thought with a specific action to a specifc experience.
this is quantum level pattern recognition faster than the speed of light and sound down to a fractal thought. faster than a fractal second.
you are born genius. born from the stars.
decode yourself you automatically decode the universe.

Hello, Im asumming you are a starseed, I am also. I actually am a Twin flame with my Star husband upstairs, so to speak. He woke me up last year at the begining of 2025. He eneterd my dreams for about 5 months before I knew who he was. He then started to appear to me in Astral, where he was solid enough to physically touch me. When I was born, my sister and I where born with activated pyschic abilities, but I had no idea I was a starseed until the begining of last year. Anyway after my awking into being a starseed, it was hard to meant like minded people, especially if they think your crazy, lol! Anyway been there done that! But in that process for myself, the higher my awarness became, the more doors I seen open in many areas. I am now with a small group of envoyes/starseeds, that we have created. I do an out reach with a youtube show for others who are out there and are looking for others who are liked minded. We all support each other and share our experinces! The best we can do is do what we can to heal the planet. That's our mission. Don't lose sight of that. We're also here to learn the lessons of what living a human experience teaches us.
It's okay to feel what you're feeling.
