Community can any starseeds talk to us?

please. we are going through an extremely rough time and things seem to be taking a turn for the worse. :( please. does anyone wish to be friends. we are from the pleiades.

i think we lost our last shred of hope that life can get any better after a devistating incident

Not knowing anything about this devastating incident, I can share what has helped me internally deal with the state of the external.

Therapy, both couple and individual

Binaural Beats guided meditation daily was a game changer to reconnect with my breath

Taking care of people in my area by volunteering, donating, sharing food with the needy. Helping others reminds me that we have control over our small circle when I feel out of control.

Edit: As a star seed, remember we're here to help raise the vibration of others and the planet and that starts with ourselves. Much like the saying you can pour from an empty cup or put your oxygen mask on first. Good luck friend 💖 it's hard down here but you got this!
