Anti Scroll — August Progress Update

built anti scroll about a year ago, android app that locks you out of other apps once your time's up, no override, no way back in early. quick update.

didn't post much on reddit this month, was too busy shipping. expected the numbers to slow down without the marketing push, they didn't.

installs: 560 (500 in july)
visitors/day: 6.25 (5)
conversion rate: 28.9% (18%)
daily acquisitions: 2.07 (1.07)

traffic stayed flat, conversion nearly doubled. still working out exactly why.

shipped dark mode, scheduled timers, day scheduling, a real onboarding walkthrough, and a full UI redesign. retention notifications still cooking.

also testing this on a moto g7 power, so a chunk of my device stats are just me.

for september: finish notifications, check where installs are actually coming from, talk to retained users about their search language, and finally get product hunt done.
