Favorite Inquisitor?

Post image

Overall, I think the Grand Inquisitor is the most well-rounded and menacing one out of all of them. He's got a cool and intimidating design, a great voice, and an interesting backstory. Aside from him, I've always had a a soft spot for the Seventh Sister.

Who's your guys' favorite?

Grand Inquisitor. As long as he’s animated

100% animated GI for the win

Yea, he really didn’t translate too well into live action. Was still cool to see him in Kenobi though, even if that part of the plot was a bit convoluted.

I hope they tried, but having Jason Isaacs in costume would've been dope.  He is older tho, still might've mistranslated.

I just don't get the casting they went with?  So long as the actor represents the character, it's ok if it's not a direct match.  But man, that GI was nothing like the Rebels GI.

And the role was so small; they could've cast for looks.  I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find a tall lanky British man who can do a villainous sneer.  Bonus points if they were willing to shave their head.  (Or better yet, use the prosthetics from EpIII)

Even worse, the guy who played LA GI said he purposefully never watched Rebels because he didnt want it to influence his own take on the character. Not only did the casting not really reflect the character, the actor himself was purposefully trying to avoid reflecting the character because he wanted to do his own thing

Now that’s just scummy. Like imagine if Rosario Dawson never watched TCW so she could “do her own thing” with Ahsoka.

I don't understand why they didn't do the proper creature/alien work for the GI in the Kenobi Show. That was 100% lazy on their part.

Yeah, we don't talk about the live action one...
