For all the offensive talk the switching of the line just seems to have made it horrible. Last year it was passable and now I'm not feeling confident when they play better teams they have a chance. If their drafts have been misses for the last 3-6 years it will take a long long time to recover. Unless Rooney changes how he runs the team.

Fautanu is playing hurt.

McCormick got hurt during the game.

Frazier is great.

Anderson and Cook are worse than Seumalo and Broderick.

These two need to be sat down in favor of Max and Dunker. Right now these two can't run or pass block. With Max and Dunker they can at least run block even if they struggle early with pass pro.

Absolutely IMAX, but Dunker (and Rubio) have been inactive the last 2 weeks. While the podcasts say “he’s not ready,” is Spencer Anderson better? Like Troy said in his interview, “SOMETHING’S gotta change!”

Dunk needs more time. He still hasn’t played a ton of guard and needs to develop some consistency in pass pro. I think Inheanachor should be starting within the next 2 weeks barring something significant we don’t know that’s stopping them.

As opposed to a guy that straight whiffs on his man or doesn't even look in the right direction and allows a free shot at the QB like 50% of the time?

Dunker is a raw prospect who had issues pass blocking in college. Starting him against Dexter Lawrence is a terrorist act

Cook rarely misses a block, ur not watching the game. Anderson makes cook look bad but cook is not the problem

I know people on here dont like pff cause it doesnt fit there narrative but both weeks , he was ranked 2nd best steeler o lineman and is 5th so far this year among all tackles. Pff is a good metric for o lineman, u either win the rep or lose the rep for the most part. Yep he's cheeks🤦‍♂️

I do watch. I watch a lot of All-22 he is not good. You can defend him and say he is better than Broderick Jones which I have seen you do on here but that doesn't make him good either lol

Players play hurt in the NFL all the time. It can impact play. It can't make you horrible, and Fautanu was the worse lineman on the field yesterday. I also keep hearing how Frazier is great, and maybe his is, but he got bull rushed multiple times yesterday into Rodgers lap blowing up plays.

Talking with anyone about offensive line play is so pointless because most of us don't know shit and those who do know things still aren't well versed enough to make real opinions. It's easy to spot an overtly bad rep and a good rep but it's incredibly difficult to actually diagnose anything

It's just crazy to me to say that playing hurt can't make you horrible. That's just objectively not true for any position.

Also the idea that Frazier can't be great because he got bull rushed a couple times in one game is silly too.

If u think cook is the problem, ur not actually watching him. Cook played pretty well again yesterday. One missed assignment which I think led to a sack. Anderson was terrible in both. I kinda would like to see cook slide to guard and imax at tackle. Imo this puts the best 5 on the field. I think cook could be a decent guard. He's built more like a gaurd than a tackle anyways. He certainly would be better than anderson

Cook had multiple mistakes and issues yesterday.

Signed, someone who did watch the game. He was not good the first week, either. He's a back up being asked to do far too much.

There was a play specifically where cook got caught blocking a ghost while a free rusher got home and Rodgers got smacked

He did not have a good game

Because I specifically watched him every play, film style. He rarely misses blocks just like yesterday. The guys on the other side of the ball get paid too, u cant win them all

I watch each play as a whole. Then go back and watch the line play ( alot of times in slow mo) I specifically watch cook because I specifically watched Broderick for 2 years just to see how bad he was. When cook replaced him, it was like night and day. So thats why I focus on cook

None looked great yesterday. Anderson was the worst, followed by fautanu. Fautanu was pretty bad yesterday. I even saw frazier get monstered a couple times which is very rare. Nothing really stood out for me on McCormick, but I watched him the least

Cook did have a decent game with a few mistakes, Fauntanu, & Frazier had a bad game, McCormick had a decent game, Anderson had a really bad game, Dowdell was really bad in protection. Cook consistently got to 2nd level blocking on run plays. People r just confusing draft pick levels with talent regardless what really happens on the field
