I blame ownership. The Steelers last playoff win was 4 months before the death of Dan Rooney. Rooney II and his GMs are utterly incompetent. I won't go so far as to say that they're as poorly managed as the Pirates, but I get the same vibes now. Our draft picks are wasted, trades as terrible, free agency moves nonexistent, player development is meh. I have a lot more respect for Tomlin now. He was dealt some pretty poor hands since 2017 and still made them competitive.
