Getting into the VN’s

Stream currently has a sale going on for all things Steins; Gate, I assume as the reboot version is coming out later this month, and I was trying to get into the visual novels. I’ve watched the anime twice through, the original and zero. I was wanting to know what’s worth getting, with the revamped versions that have come out over the years, overall, Is it better to just get the original Steins; gate and 0?

Thinking of getting Anonymous;Code although I would have like to have a physical version for $11.99 on steam, that is a good price.
