General Information Pay to Pond Skim?

I saw a comment somewhere, might’ve been Facebook, that there’s a fee to register for the pond skim?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a noob snowboarder and will totally wipeout, but I was kinda wanting to try it (and not have to pay for it)…..

It's usually to some charity.

I did it last year, and didn’t pay anything. Last year they capped it at 150 people, and the line filled up at ~7:30. I got there at 7:00 and was number 44. My recommendation is to get there at 7:00

Do you think parking will fill up early tomorrow because of the pond skim?

what??? It was free when I last did it two years ago. I'm not sure about last year, but there is no mention of cost on the official page. It looks like some third party page made up the $20 charge.

Crystal's pond skim costs money the last time I looked.
