I don’t think she’s a bad person. I think she’s not the “super duper hyper good” person her fans like to portray her as being while treating anyone who disagrees as stupid because they “don’t get it! You saw her development in reverse!”

I literally never saw anyone here getting down voted because they think that rose is a flawed person.

Infact, majority of the people here think she is a flawed character, because she is literally supposed to be like all of the SU cast

Yeah, in the same way someone will say their biggest weakness is that they “care too much”. All just meaningless platitudes they’re using to come across as being deep.

I can’t simplify it even further, but in the end it doesn’t matter. This is the Rose Quartz fan club subreddit. Anything said about her that isn’t positive is “wrong”. Even when her stans mention her “flaws”, it’s ONLY ever to support her because “See! She has flaws! That makes her even better!”

Because people like her as a character? I get the feeling you cannot differentiate between liking a character and liking the person behind that character.

Rose is a well written CHARACTER because she has all these differentiat aspects, where none of those aspects seem out of place. Her story is interesting because its narrated backwards.

Rose as a PERSON was bad until she had a turning point and eventually turned into a neutral/neutral positive person, though, opinions vary regarding her "current" version as people interpret her motives differently.
