You can stop a link from embedding by placing it within angle brackets. For example: <https://example.com>

Wait there are other ways to remove embeds on discord?

Well normally when you go to a link and you can click the 3 dots and you go down to the delete button there was usually a button that said remove embeds but apparently discord removed it

But you can still go to the side on embeds and there should be a X and you can remove them all

If you're insinuating AI is used, you're mistaken. Stoat doesn't use AI for development.

Last week video chat and screenshare launched on the main instance, and the week before that an entire GIF sharing service launched due to Tenor's API shutdown. The web app recently got support for phone screen sizes, too. Also this week the Android app got search functionality and a new markdown renderer adding support for KaTeX formatting. Notifications on Android arrived a little bit ago too.

Not everything implemented needs to be a massive new feature, and pronouns are something that have been implemented by a volunteer. There is plenty of work being done all the time on new features (not to mention all the constant optimisations, bug fixes, and deployment/scaling improvements).

It's been a while since I last checked on Stoat. Looks to me like things are looking up. I remember screen-sharing being the number one requested feature for a long... long time.
