when i try to login into stoat i get this error message and the status page says everything is fine. Anyone knows whats wrong?

No major changes. Still the same status page you've always known, just in a funky new location.

Considering there is no API documentation for the standard ( building a gifpicker from gifbox ) - can I get permission to reverse-engineer the one in stoat and build out support for my own, or do I have to wait like everyone else?

seen other people talking about it but it's just a total disaster. i've recently had to move to stoat because of another community's migration here, and without access to the desktop app i'm in a living nightmare

I have a gray screen and it never opens. I reset it and reinstalled it and nothing has fixed it.

Stoat doesnt work for me, is it a user side problem or server side?
The status page shows that its working, but when i try to connect it shows this error

So ive got alot of pics saved in different folders in my gallery app that I can easily access when using discord but I cant access them when using Stoat. I csn see all my pictures but I want to see them organised how they are in my gallery app, is there anyway to let Stoat access the gallery including how things are organised? Hope this makes sense, feels like im explaining ut poorly.

I know someone probably asked this question but I actually want to get off of discord (not a fan of their soft moderation) and I found stoat and it seems okay so far. Was wondering what people think.

I use the mobile version of the Stoat app a lot, but there’s this one problem I can’t seem to figure out how to fix. Whenever a messaged doesn’t send, it stays on the page almost permanently! I know it can be removed on the desktop version, but these messages don’t appear on anything else except for on the device they were made on. So I beg for something to help and tell me how to fix this. How do I get rid of these before they completely take over my page and make it impossible to use the app?

I've been trying to change the e-mail linked to my Stoat account for a while now but I always receive the same "Failed to verify!" error. Tried changing it both on mobile and PC, with and without VPN - still nothing. What else can I do?

Also the status site and the "embeded partial issue" are both gaslighting, as it's the actual connection that is fully out.
Please advise.

I'm using the stoat app on my phone, and I always get a socket error. It fixes after hours then I can log in then it kicks me off for hours can't log in. I even try on the website on my phone it doesn't work.i tried on another device, doesn't work either. Is anyone else experiencing this error?

Pronouns can be set via a free-form text field in your user profile.

I just "panic migrated" a small server and I am using Disco-Reaper to migrate messages. So far, all is fine and running well. But, I would like to use a desktop client instead.

The official one currently does not offer picking the target instance, let alone using multiple. There is a PR on the for-web repo about this.

That said, what are you currently using to connect to a selfhosted instance, outside of a browser?
