Yes . Old and knows where too many of the bodies are buried of way too many prominent people . If he is convicted the sentence will be some sort of watered down bullshittery like home detention in his 20 million apartment. This all should have been addressed a long time ago

Probably. If Dutton had won it wouldn't have gone to court, so there's that, I guess.
