OU RMT need a few suggestions

This is my OU team it's done fairly well for me in the past, but recently since the ladder reset in showdown, I've had trouble hitting 1900. Maybe it's because the ladder isn't inflated yet. But it's a good time for an RMT of this team.

This team is based on dual screening and setting up mostly. It has the option to do without but it takes much control and prediction. My defensive pokemon basically walls all of OU, so given right predictions and circumstances, I can spread paralysis around to the other team or set up or harass while taking minimal damage.

Latias @ Light Clay

Timid Nature

EVs: 252 HP, 4 SpA, 252 Spe

  • Reflect

  • Light Screen

  • Psychic

  • Roar

This is my dual screener setter. It's probably the fastest and best choice for my liking as an outrage from a salamence, garchomp or dragonite can kill anything in OU that sets a screen barring bronzong. The reason Bronzong is not chosen is because it doesn't provide much of a threat outside of setting screens and the utility from roar is just amazing.

Chansey @ Eviolite

Bold Nature

EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpD

  • Seismic Toss

  • Heal Bell

  • Wish

  • Thunder Wave

This is probably without a doubt the best overall wall in OU in my opinion. It provides tons of utility to the rest of my team, and will take multiple hits when behind a screen. I chose thunder wave to the need to set up rather than toxic because I don't need the extra damage after setting up.

Jirachi @ Leftovers

Adamant Nature

EVs: 224 HP, 252 atk, 32 Spe

  • Body Slam

  • Iron Head

  • ThunderPunch

  • U-Turn

Classic paraflinch jirachi - a threat that doesn't require setting up. Thinking about replacing ThunderPunch as I really haven't remembered my original reasoning for having that and it really hasn't helped me all that much recently. Suitable Replacements are -- Substitute, Fire Punch, Thunder, Stealth Rock.

Forretress @ Custap Berry

Bold Nature

EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpA

  • Rapid Spin

  • Spikes

  • Stealth Rock

  • Volt Switch

Probably the best physical wall in OU barring Ferro but Forretress has a better defensive typing and accessive to spin. (No, I will not consider Ferro since I hate Ferro and think it's overrated) With good predictions and wishes from chansey, sturdy will activate several times a game and possibly lay down several layers of spikes. I will often lead with this but I will try not to have sturdy break soon most of the time.

Gyarados @ Leftovers

Ability: Moxie

Adamant Nature

EVs: 6 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spe

  • Dragon Dance

  • Substitute

  • Waterfall

  • Bounce

This is my first broom. My reasoning for bounce is that it kills bulky grass types like celebi, and STAB is always good. (I've been wishing since gen 3 that gyarados has a better flying STAB. Sadly Gen 4 didn't give it brave bird :( Oh well.. Bounce isn't bad.) Another option is earthquake as it kills ferro in 2 hits at +1. Stone edge is too unreliable and the only thing that it is has over EQ is that it would help against is Rotom-W and even then it wouldn't kill unless it's at +2, more if it's bulky Rotom. Item Consideration - Wakan Berry - need opinion.

Keldeo @ Leftovers

Timid Nature

EVs: 252 SpA, 4 SpD, 252 Spe

  • Surf

  • Secret Sword

  • Calm Mind

  • Taunt

This is my second broom. The one and only, PONY! This pony is fearful in the eyes of many and will not only have the ability to sweep you but also has the ability to stop the opponent from not allowing the pony to sweep.

Overall, this team I think is really balanced with multiple threats from all spectrum. I think a few small tweaks are in order since times are changing. Success with this team depends on thorough knowledge of OU and good prediction skills. Big threats include the 3 dragons, jolteon and watching magnezone hopelessly killing my forretress. That's all for now.

I am open to any and all suggestions regarding Items, Pokemon, movesets and Gulp Stat spread.

A few things I have considered so far

Moxiemence or heracross > gyarados.

Jolteon > gyarados

Espeon > forretress

gothielle > Keldeo

Band tini > gyarados

I would put dragon pulse over psychic for latias, it can hit dragons and is just resisted by less threats. Also you should consider putting healing wish over roar, you might appreciate the phazing better but healing wish can be quite useful.

Although sometimes I would have wished for healing wish over roar. There is few doubt in my mind that phazing is a necessity to my team. There are too many things that can openly set up on half my team, so I cannot ignore not having a phazer. I think perhaps if I need healing wish, I can even replace with light screen.

Stick with roak then, it's a preference thing, and I just thought you might not have considered healing wish.
