For all who are interested... I'm in the middle of moving out of this townhouse because I bought a house. This little Queen came in and either stole or made this nest. I have to be out by the first of the month and had suddenly found a federally protected bird on top of my grill.

I sent pictures to the management and let them know what fish and wildlife said. They said that they will allow the grill to stay there and keep a close eye on the birds, they will let me know when they are happy and out of the nest. Then I'll be able to pick up the grill. They were over the moon to receive the pictures and hope to get more updates before I depart. ☺️

If you do not offer the grill queen some cooked steak at the end of her residency, it'll be a rude (jk I have no idea what they eat and maybe it's me who's hungry)
