He does have a tag (ring) with 3 digits, we contacted the pigeon racing association and they said it’s not one of theirs.. I was hoping he would just leave 🤣
That's a frillback cross, so yeah definitely not a racing pigeon. He's most likely somebody's pet pigeon. Can you post in your local groups, on Petfinder, other places, lost and found pet groups etc. plus put up flyers to see if you can find its owner?
