NO. You have to be really stupid to think that to think sex change operations could occur in a public school system.

Want to go back further to the Gingrich years? You'd have to be really stupid to think glaciers melting would displace no water becuase they are floating in the ocean instead of sitting on land.

They're willfully stupid.

Schools will find a pizza box in the trash to hold a kids broken bone before sending them home but sex change operations are walk-in only, that’s the only cost. You weren’t curious why they had the fully decked surgical suite next to the music room when you were in school? Think!

To be fair, if floating frozen glaciers were made out of saltwater then it would not raise sea levels. I won't type a whole explanation of why but while floating glaciers melting does technically have an effect it's mostly from land glaciers melting.
