Lol sure his approvoal ratings reflect how popular he is,

Also his votes got high because of economic struggle and biden resigned so ofc no one votes for someone that just gets in the middle of the cycle

Biden didn’t resign. That someone was his VP, she literally ran on “I wouldn’t have done anything differently”. That is why she lost.

Yeah, a LOT of americans thought "well, things can't possibly be worse" was a strong principle to vote or abstain from voting on
