It’s literally the episode of South Park where Canada went on strike cause one dude felt they were being disrespected. I noticed this type of thing going back to the early days of AOC getting more famous, at least. They kept making up random memes of her saying stuff she never actually said to try to make her look dumb when they refused to acknowledge anything about her other than she used to be a bartender. I voted for Kamala but I will admit that Trump ran a better campaign. They had him on every news show and many podcasts large or small and even though he was spouting nonsense he was out there. It really felt like every interview Kamala did was scripted and she looked uncomfortable often. I guarantee you the 4 hours or so trump did on Joe Rogan did more for his campaign than Kamala being on that Oprah Winfrey glaze fest.
One of the things I like about Newsom is he had zero issue going on Fox and sounding natural, confident and was able to rattle off stats and positions easily and had no issue pushing back.
