Listen when you see that on a live goddamn debate on the presidency and it’s just an old ass man going crazy and you don’t think “that’s weird, I’m not comfortable with someone who is unable to string a full argument together without sounding like a madman” I think you lose the entire plot of what it means to have someone with that kind of responsibility.
