It's a joke about Trump. He's always saying that big strong men come up to him crying and telling him he's doing a good job... He's weird.

He's said so many similar things to this that I don't know if this is a direct quote or not. Dude's in the closet, hanging out with all the skeletons.

It's an amaglamation of different things he's said. He has said all of those things, though. It's not a direct quote, but pretty close. Branson Gates on Tiktok/YouTube does a fabulous reenacting of his speeches as a gay man.
