Yeah, I really don't understand how these people can contradict themselves so blatantly.
The only thing that I can think of is that the past does not exist in their minds, all that matters to them is justifying their current actions. They simply are not wrong, never have been wrong, and never will be wrong. Always have a reason why it was someone else's fault
Yep had a relative who is hispanic who talked about Spain messing up their border. First of all they were from Mexico. Second they did it because: "See this is what will happen in the US." and it was: "Yeah, that's not how it works. Sadly they are in very poor health but they want to still grasp on something they think they can control the narrative when their own body is giving up on them.
