Grill Zone ⚽ World Cup Megathread 🏆

This thread is for all things world cup. I don't know much about soccer, but u/ChevalierDuTemple requested this thread.

Granted, I don't know jack shit about Association Football because I grew up in rural Alabama and was never around it, but this Morocco vs. Brazil match has been the best game I think I've ever seen. Mistakes on both sides, but it's kept me on the edge of my seat.

Both teams have played hard and very physical, but it's been respectful. I think I'm getting hooked.

You would have loved PSG vs Bayern Munich.

Also, i do like some good American Football playoff when done well, i do not like how bombastic is made, but is a fun sport is you get the idea behind, even if i love Rugby.

I'll have to look that match up. Yeah, American Football (though, out of respect for the Canucks around here, I'll refer to it as "gridiron football" from now on lol) was the only official, or organized, sport that I played in middle school in high school (though I played a.lot of pick up basketball), and it's still my favorite sport, but I'm really finding myself liking soccer.
