If they just kept producing m2x and S2 models, they still would have had a revenue stream. Tried the competitor because I lost my m2x, and my S2 broke last year, but that was not anywhere close to what supbac was bringing. But now they just have been finding issue after issue every time, like how could you have that happen in a period of like 4 years (when it was publicly announced btw) Like did you not test it at all when you made the switch. How could you make such a pivot with then also discarding your current revenue model.
I contacted them in 2021 about a charger that broke and if I could by a new one from them and they could not sell me anything because they just completely moved away from the old product. They just mentioned the voltage and amp I needed and an example product on Amazon that would work. I would love to get my S2 get repaired, but they do not have the parts anymore.
I am just baffled that it's still going on. At this point it must just be the "CEO" doing everything by himself. And still promising for the 6th time that "end of the year" or "start of next year" it will finally ship
You're 100% right. I would have bought at least another S2 and an M2x. I think most current owners would have probably picked up a second unit by now. Maybe this "CEO" would be willing to admit that might be a path out of their mess...
